Try eating nutritious foods you never did as a child; for example, I never had fresh spinach at home. My father used to offer spinach from a can for a linch. I attempted to feed the cat, but he rejected it just as much as I did. But when I tasted fresh spinach, I really like it. Broccoli and sweet potatoes were other foods I tried, liked, and included into my diet. However, I still need to give eating avocados a go, preferably daily. Additionally, I don't like fish.


Avoid trendy diets like the paleo and ketogenic diets and stick to healthful natural meals that you enjoy. Paleo and Keto are both fantastic diets, but they are also quite limiting. I tried the keto diet for a week but gave up since I didn't care for many of the things it called for.


Choose an egg for breakfast since it will keep you satisfied. Omelets or scrambled eggs are usually nice options. I used to drink coffee and eat a fresh orange, but it didn't really fill me up. I consumed an abundance of spaghetti, hamburgers, and junk stuff. Additionally, I put on weight, had high blood pressure, and got Type 2 diabetes.
