               A Diabetes Diagnosis's Lessons

I was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle the evening I learned I had diabetes. Fortunately, the only fracture in my left arm was a minor one. However, the dreadful diabetes diagnosis was verified by a doctor who informed me of it. For my arm, he recommended physical therapy. The good news is that there was no surgery on my arm! The thought of having to manage diabetes, though, was terrible.

I was determined to avoid that destiny since it meant pointless medical appointments and pricey insulin prescriptions. After doing some study, I discovered that diabetes might be reversed, with the potential for diabetics to heal and lose weight in the process.

I started studying about beneficial foods like spinach, broccoli, and oranges as I prepared to reverse my diabetes. My academic career had barely begun.

Every day, eat a lot of leafy green veggies. I decided to stick to eating salads. The major components were broccoli and new spinach. The other elements were lettuce and egg salad. having diabetes. I could eat wild-caught tuna and salmon, and I could drink lemon water, coffee, and green tea.

Donuts, chips, drink, orange juice, pastries, sugary cereal, pizza, and ice cream should be avoided. And even if cravings weren't discussed often, I still had them. Finished with jrelly donuts! Instead, concentrate on a plant-based diet. I had a lot of cravings at first, but they gradually subsided as I started snacking on nuts like almonds and walnuts. I would not consume those items on a daily basis, but occasionally I would treat myself to some vanilla ice cream or a slice of pizza.

Try eating nutritious foods you never did as a child; for example, I never had fresh spinach at home. My father used to offer spinach from a can for a linch. I attempted to feed the cat, but he rejected it just as much as I did. But when I tasted fresh spinach, I really like it. Broccoli and sweet potatoes were other foods I tried, liked, and included into my diet. However, I still need to give eating avocados a go, preferably daily. Additionally, I don't like fish.

Avoid trendy diets like the paleo and ketogenic diets and stick to healthful natural meals that you enjoy. Paleo and Keto are both fantastic diets, but they are also quite limiting. I tried the keto diet for a week but gave up since I didn't care for many of the things it called for.

Choose an egg for breakfast since it will keep you satisfied. Omelets or scrambled eggs are usually nice options. I used to drink coffee and eat a fresh orange, but it didn't really fill me up. I consumed an abundance of spaghetti, hamburgers, and junk stuff. Additionally, I put on weight, had high blood pressure, and got Type 2 diabetes.

Never forget to exercise every day, whether it's a lengthy stroll or a bike ride. The best is to walk. As is jogging. Both exercises are heart-healthy. Along with losing weight, you'll enjoy giving up baggy clothing.

While trying to reverse my diabetes, I've gained energy and lost weight. I've regularly consumed healthy meals and can comfortably fit into size 12 clothing. Although I don't eat them every day, I do love the occasional doughnut or few french fries. I've also enjoyed my experience trying out new nutritious veggies. I have lower blood pressure. People have noted that I am overweight and that my clothing seem loose.

I'm not a doctor, and all I want to do is express what has worked for me. Because everyone is unique, it is best to see a doctor about conditions like diabetes.
